The students from years three to six were involved in an ‘anti bullying’ workshop with Penrith Panthers during the week.
We were visited by Ben Harden and three of the players who spent about an hour with the students discussing the issue of bullying and some strategies with which to deal with instances when bullying occurs.
Thank you to the Panthers for sharing their time with our students and for the prizes that were given as incentives for accurate responses.

1 Blue has had a fantastic start to Term 3! As part of our UFLI phonics program, students are working hard to sound out and spell words, becoming more confident readers and writers each day. In Religion, we are learning about belonging to different groups and how each of us is an important part of God’s community. 🎉✏️1 Red has had a great start to the Term! In Maths, students have incorporated daily reviews into their learning. This has been a fun and exciting learning experience for us and we are looking forward to what else can help us to improve our maths skills.
